  1. Register: Click on “Daftar Sekarang” and fill in your personal, union, and employer information.
  1. Verification: Your application will be reviewed and verified by your respective trade union.
  1. Receive Your Card: Upon approval, you will receive a digital card with a QR code to use at participating outlets.

If you are, congrats! Just go to the website kadpekerjamadani.mohr.gov.my. and click “Daftar Sekarang” to start.

Fill in your details. Don’t forget – your password must include a mix of capital letters, numbers, and symbols.

After that, you can log in directly and check your application status anytime.

After that, log in and click on “Permohonan Baharu” to start your application.

Fill in everything – your full name, IC, address, mobile number, email, and all required details.

Next, pick your union and key in your union membership number. After that, go to the next section and fill in your current company’s details. Once done, you can complete the application.
