Biasanya ini tidak semestinya bermaksud kadar duti berubah\u2014 <em>tetapi<\/em> ia satu sebab yang baik untuk semak semula produk anda dan pastikan deklarasi masih betul. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Pada tahun yang sama, Malaysia juga ada perkembangan perdagangan baharu dengan UAE: Malaysia\u2013UAE CEPA rasmi berkuat kuasa untuk Malaysia pada 1 Oktober 2025. Jika anda mengeksport ke UAE, perkara ini memang wajar diberi perhatian (rujuk penerangan di bawah).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>Mengapa Anda Tiba-Tiba Nampak \u201cPDK 2025\u201d Dalam Alat Tarif<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Dalam Malaysia Customs HS Explorer (EZHS), anda boleh nampak Jenis Tarif: PDK 2025 \u2013 Perintah Duti Kastam 2025, dan anda juga boleh nampak jadual tarif lain seperti MY-UAE-CEPA disenaraikan sebagai jenis\/jadual tarif yang lain. Jadi bergantung pada penghantaran anda dan pilihan yang anda buat, memang normal kalau \u201cPDK 2025\u201d akan keluar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>Senarai Semak Ringkas (Gaya Malaysia) \u2014 Apa Yang Anda Patut Buat Sekarang<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:18px\">1) Semak produk jualan anda dan produk import anda satu demi satu.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Jangan semak satu kod HS sahaja dan terus anggap semua ok. Untuk setiap produk, sahkan:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:5px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Apa produk itu (penerangan yang jelas\/tepat)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:3px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Bahan (getah\/plastik\/logam\/campuran)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:3px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Kegunaan (pembungkusan? alat ganti? mesin? makanan?)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:3px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Model\/jenama (jika ia memberi kesan kepada pengelasan)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:3px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Kemudian semak semula kod HS dan jenis tarif dalam alat tersebut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:18px\">2) Pastikan format kod HS anda kemas dan lengkap (HS2022 10 digit)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Untuk pelaksanaan jadual MY-UAE CEPA, notis sistem ada menyebut penggunaan HS2022 (kod tarif 10 digit) bagi deklarasi yang melibatkan K1 dan K9. Walaupun anda tidak berdagang dengan UAE, masih bagus jika senarai kod HS anda kekal konsisten dan terkini, sebab sistem sekarang makin ketat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:26px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:20px\">3) Jika anda tuntut tarif keutamaan, perlu lebih berhati-hati.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Notis sistem juga menekankan pemeriksaan tambahan untuk deklarasi import yang menggunakan jenis transaksi \u201cS\u201d (Import dengan Tarif Keutamaan). Maksudnya, jika anda pilih tarif keutamaan, kod HS dan pilihan jadual mesti padan dengan betul untuk elak ditolak atau lewat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:20px\">4) Kemas kini senarai induk kod HS dalaman anda (jangan biarkan \u201cseparuh lama, separuh baharu\u201d)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Perkara kecil, tapi penting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Kemas kini kod HS dalam Excel\/ERP anda (jangan simpan \u201cHS lama\u201d tersorok dalam fail lain).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:3px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Pastikan forwarder\/ejen anda guna kod HS yang sama seperti senarai dalaman anda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:3px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Untuk produk yang \u201cborderline\u201d, simpan nota dalaman ringkas (kenapa anda pilih kod HS tersebut).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>Berita Baik Jika Anda Menjual Kargo ke UAE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Jika anda mengeksport ke UAE, ini satu perkembangan yang positif: MY-UAE CEPA sudah berkuat kuasa untuk Malaysia bermula 1 Okt 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Maksudnya (secara ringkas):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Produk anda mungkin layak untuk tarif keutamaan (tarif lebih baik) jika memenuhi peraturan CEPA (contohnya peraturan asal\/origin) dan anda sediakan dokumen sokongan yang betul.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:3px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Salah satu dokumen penting yang disebut oleh MITI ialah Sijil Asal Keutamaan (PCO) untuk penghantaran ke UAE.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"font-size:20px\"><strong>PCO (Borang MY-UAE) \u2014 Di Mana Nak Mohon?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"706\" href=\"https:\/\/newepco.dagangnet.com.my\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/newepco.dagangnet.com.my\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ePCO system<\/a> and it references Form MY-UAE (including printing requirements and keeping records).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Jadi jika UAE ialah pasaran anda (atau anda bercadang untuk berkembang ke sana), sekarang memang masa yang sesuai untuk:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Semak sama ada produk anda layak di bawah CEPA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:3px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Berbincang dengan forwarder\/pelanggan anda tentang keperluan CEPA.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:3px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Sediakan aliran permohonan PCO lebih awal (supaya penghantaran tidak sangkut saat akhir).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:15px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Secara keseluruhan, jangan anggap \u201cPDK 2025\u201d sebagai \u201cduti mesti berubah.\u201d Anggap ini sebagai peringatan untuk semak betul-betul produk jualan dan produk import anda:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:8px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Jika anda mengimport: semak semula kod HS dan pilihan jenis tarif, dan sahkan sama ada item khusus anda ada perubahan dari segi pengelasan atau kadar.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:3px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li style=\"font-size:15px\">Jika anda mengeksport (terutamanya ke UAE): ini boleh jadi berita baik\u2014MY-UAE CEPA sudah berkuat kuasa (1 Okt 2025), dan anda boleh pertimbangkan PCO (Borang MY-UAE) melalui MITI ePCO jika penghantaran anda layak. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:15px\">Jika anda mahu, hantarkan saya 3 item yang anda jual\/import (penerangan produk + bahan + kegunaan + kod HS semasa).
