About this test

Understand how clearly and confidently you communicate at work. This self-assessment is for personal reflection and guidance only; it is not a medical diagnosis or official hiring decision.

Use this reflection to notice patterns in your daily work, rather than to label yourself.

After getting a result, choose one small habit to try and review whether it makes your work easier.

After every choice, learn why the topic matters and try one practical workplace action. The prompts are for reflection, not right-or-wrong grading.

Example questions

You will answer scenarios like these during the test. No answer is sent to Stooper.

  • I explain my ideas clearly, even when the topic is complex.
