This Productivity & Focus Test is a simple self-assessment to help you understand your daily work habits. It looks at how you plan your tasks, handle priorities, manage distractions, organize your work, and adjust when things change.

There is no perfect score here. The purpose of this test is not to judge you, but to help you reflect on your working style and find small areas for improvement. Take a few minutes to answer honestly based on your usual habits, not only on your best days.
